The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Landscaper to join our growing construction crew based in Melbourne. You’ll be out on-site across a variety of exciting public and commercial projects — from neighbourhood parks and community playgrounds through to urban streetscapes and recreation facilities.

Day-to-day, your work will include:

• Hard landscaping - paving, retaining walls, concreting, and edging

• Soft landscaping - turf laying, garden establishment, planting, and mulching

• Earthworks, drainage, and irrigation installation

• Playground and play space construction and installation

• Timber and composite decking and boardwalk construction

• Working alongside our fabrication and civil teams on larger public projects

• Maintaining a safe, tidy, and organised worksite at all times

The Ideal Candidate

You’re a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work and loves being outdoors. You bring solid trade skills and are comfortable working across both hard and soft landscaping. You’re reliable, a great team player, and you get the job done.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Landscaper in a commercial or civil setting

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent trade experience)

• Proficiency across hard landscaping (paving, concreting, retaining walls) and soft landscaping (turf, planting, irrigation)

• Current driver’s licence

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude

• Forklift licence or plant operation experience is a bonus
