THE ROLE

As a 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced carpenters, supervisors, and site leaders who are committed to helping you grow both personally and professionally.

You'll gain valuable hands-on experience across a variety of residential projects while continuing to build your skills, confidence, and trade knowledge every day.

This is an opportunity to learn the trade properly, develop real-world experience, and work on projects you can genuinely be proud of.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Assisting qualified carpenters across a range of residential projects

• Learning framing, fix-out, cladding, decking, renovation, and extension works

• Using hand tools and power tools safely and correctly

• Following plans, measurements, and construction drawings

• Maintaining clean, organised, and professional job sites

• Assisting with site preparation, material handling, and construction activities

• Participating in toolbox talks and site safety procedures

• Working closely with supervisors and other trades

• Continuing to develop the skills required to become a qualified carpenter

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Currently completing a 2nd or 3rd Year Carpentry Apprenticeship

• Current White Card

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)

• Basic carpentry tool kit (essential)

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Takes pride in quality workmanship

• Ability to follow systems, instructions, and processes

• Desire to continually improve and develop your skills
