Solo Resource Recovery is a 100% Australian owned and operated industrial services, and waste management company that has been providing efficient waste solutions for government, business and households for 90 years.


All Solo collections vehicles are designed & built by our own manufacturing and engineering department.  Our industry leading innovations are complimented by cutting edge Vehicle Management Systems and a genuine customer focus. We take pride in our trucks with our vehicles being clean, well presented, safe, and compliant with all EPA requirements. 

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Boilermakers, based in our busy workshop in Chinderah NSW.

The role is casual, and directly involved in the manufacture of waste compaction equipment.

With an immediate start available, the successful applicant will possess:


  • Trade Qualification

  • Must be skilled in heavy, medium, and light fabrication

  • Skills in MIG, TIG and Stick Welding

  • The ability to work from engineering drawings

  • Familiarity with Workplace OHS requirements

  • Self motivation skills

  • Solid communication and organisational ability


Experience in hydraulics or some fitting and turning experience is not essential but would be an advantage, as would a heavy vehicle license / forklift license.


Generous remuneration will be on offer, depending on experience.
