About The Opportunity

This role is about running the site — not just showing up to it.

As Roofing Supervisor / Leading Hand, you'll take full ownership of daily operations: managing your crew, keeping quality high, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every project is delivered on time and to standard.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising metal roofing crews on residential projects
• Managing site sequencing, workflow and daily operations
• Holding the standard on safety, quality and deadlines — every time
• Communicating clearly with clients, crew and management
• Troubleshooting site issues fast so nothing stalls
• Setting the benchmark for workmanship and team performance

This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the tools and leading the crew — not watching from the ground.

About You

The right person for this role will have:

• Solid experience in residential metal roofing
• Experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor — or the drive to step into that role now
• White Card and a current driver's licence
• Strong working knowledge of roofing systems, flashings and installations
• The ability to communicate clearly, solve problems quickly and keep a crew moving
• Working at Heights certification or other high-risk tickets (highly regarded)
