Corrosion Control Engineering is Australasia’s largest corrosion prevention engineering company, utilising cathodic protection and material selection to protect buried or immersed metallic structures from corrosion including pipelines, wharves, jetties, storage tanks, and offshore assets.

Technician Responsibilities include:

·        Conduct field audits, pipeline surveys (DCVG/CIPS), routine testing, installation, and routine maintenance.

·        Commission cathodic protection systems.

·        Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and implement necessary repairs and improvements.

·        Keep accurate records of all work performed and submit detailed reports.

Requirements:

·         Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have equivalent working rights in Australia.

·         Previous experience in cathodic protection, corrosion control, or a related field is highly regarded (but not essential). 

·         Excellent communications skills. 

·         Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

·         Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

·         Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office.

·         A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
