Joe Rascal Harley-Davidson Dandenong is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Spare Parts Apprentice to join our award-winning team. As one of Australia's largest Harley-Davidson dealerships, this is a unique opportunity to build a career within the motorcycle industry while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

Working alongside experienced Parts Advisors and industry professionals, you will learn all aspects of motorcycle parts interpretation, inventory management, customer service, and dealership operations.

About the Role

As a Spare Parts Apprentice, you will be trained in:

• Motorcycle parts identification and interpretation

• Assisting retail and workshop customers

• Ordering and receiving parts and accessories

• Inventory control and stock management

• Processing customer enquiries via phone, email and in-store

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

• Using dealership computer systems and manufacturer catalogues

• Supporting workshop technicians with parts requirements

• Maintaining merchandising standards within the Parts Department

What You'll Learn

You will work towards a nationally recognised qualification in automotive parts interpreting and sales while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle

• Is reliable, punctual and eager to learn

• Has strong communication and customer service skills

• Enjoys working in a team environment

• Has good attention to detail

• Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems

• Holds a current driver's licence (preferred but not essential)

• Has completed Year 10 or above

Previous retail, customer service, motorcycle or automotive experience is advantageous but not required.
