Full time
Ironbark Grounds Maintenance is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Leading Hand to take charge of a quality maintenance run across South Brisbane.
This isn’t a role where someone is standing over your shoulder all day.
We’re looking for someone who knows the work, takes pride in a tidy finish, communicates well with clients and can be trusted to get the job done properly.
You’ll be looking after a portfolio of childcare centres and commercial properties, using quality gear, managing your own day and becoming the regular face of Ironbark on site.
This role would suit an experienced grounds maintenance worker, gardener or landscaper who is ready for more responsibility and wants a long-term role with room to grow.
Ironbark Grounds Maintenance provides professional grounds maintenance and landscape services throughout South East Queensland.
We look after childcare centres, schools, shopping centres, commercial sites, strata properties and larger open spaces.
We’ve built our reputation on turning up when we say we will, doing quality work, communicating properly and building strong long-term relationships with our clients.
We’re a growing business investing in good people, better systems, quality vehicles and the right equipment to do the job properly.
