About the Role

As a Drain Specialist, your focus will be on delivering long-term solutions and an exceptional customer experience. We pride ourselves on doing the small things right - showing up on time, keeping sites clean, communicating clearly, and finishing every job to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Unblocking domestic drains using specialised equipment

• Diagnosing issues and providing clear advice and quotations

• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction

You’ll be fully equipped to succeed, with:

• Fully maintained company vehicle

• All tools and modern drain equipment

• iPhone, iPad, uniform

• Ongoing training and development

 Saturday work is available

 What We’re Looking For

• Qualified & VIC-registered Plumber

• Blocked drain experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Ability to follow procedures and liaise with teams

• Positive attitude and pride in your work
