About The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader you will be responsible for:

Routine and breakdown maintenance as well as inspection and monitoring of assets
Maintain close liaison and co-operation with operations teams.
Manages the day-to-day performance and work activities of the team.
Building strong customer focus between maintenance and operating departments.

About You

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

Relevant trade qualification (i.e. Cert III Mechanical, Fitter and Turner)
Must be able to work within a team environment.
A desire to work flexibly to ensure safety, environment and production targets are met.
High-level communication skills, with a proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
Sound knowledge in the metal processing industry (or similar).
SAP experience is desirable, but not essential.
Knowledge or understanding of continuous improvement is desirable, but not essential.
