Boilermaker

Small steel fabrication business located in Archerfield seeking qualified workshop and on-site Boilermakers. Variety of projects from pipe and helix welding, structural steel fabrications for commercial buildings works, earthmoving equipment repairs. On-site work includes installation of fabricated structures or welding piles and extensions. Our work is based mainly in Brisbane and occasionally extending to Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.

We are looking for candidates who have the following qualities:

• Trade Certificate

• Construction Card

• Proficient in MIG and MMAW

• Ability to read drawings and fabricate to drawing

• Excellent communication skills

• Enthusiastic with good time management skills

• Mature attitude

• Punctual and reliable

• Dogger/Rigger ticket desirable

• Manual licence desirable

• Forklift ticket desirable
   

Reporting directly to the business owner and manager, we are offering competitive pay rates with a permanent full-time role following 3 month probation period.
