Allcast Precast is a family values focused manufacturing business located in Woombye on the Sunshine Coast. We're not too far from Maroochydore and Nambour. We have been in business for over 65 years and specialise in the production of luxury, fully tiled plunge pools. We are experiencing a high demand for our products and the business is in a period of growth.

We are looking for reliable, focused and self-motivated contract tilers to join our team. We need tilers that hold themselves to a first class work for our customers.

Looking for Guaranteed Work and Not Chasing Payments?

This role is suited to experienced contract wall & floor tilers with a background of quality experience who are looking for guaranteed and reliable repeat work and not having the risk involved in chasing money and getting paid.

How do we Work?

· We generate the work. Work is available 7 Days a week for casual or fulltime contract.

· You will be allocated 2 jobs per week or an allocation that will fill your week.

· The Rate per Pool is scheduled that applies for all Tilers.

· All work is under cover.

· The tiles and materials are pre-ordered for each job and managed by us.

· Coping stone is cut onsite and all tiles are ready for you to start work.

· There are 2 pay runs per week for contractors and invoices are generally paid within 2-3 working days.

What we’re looking for

· 5+ years of wall and floor tiling experience

· Eye for detail and Excellent Quality Workmanship

· Reliable & Self Motivated

· Drivers License & Vehicle

· Ability to work as part of a Tiling Team

Culture & Team

· Quarterly Team Events, Go Kart Racing, Skirmish, Golf, Pizza Friday’s
