Carpenter - Leading Hand

Collison Air is a growing Hunter Valley business delivering residential and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration and specialist remediation services throughout the region.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified carpenter to join our team in a leading hand role.

This is an opportunity for someone looking to step beyond traditional carpentry and take a broader role involving project coordination, site management, client interaction and specialist remediation works.

No HVAC experience is required.

About the Role
Working closely with management, clients and field staff, you will be involved in:

• Managing residential and commercial projects from commencement through to completion

• Coordinating trades, suppliers and site activities

• Supervising and supporting field staff

• Building modifications associated with air conditioning and refrigeration installations

• Site inspections and project planning

• Client communication and project coordination

• Assisting with specialist remediation and indoor air quality projects

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Carpenter

• Current Driver Licence

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Professional communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage projects

• Commitment to quality workmanship
