Pioneer Kitchens is currently seeking a hardworking and experienced tradesman to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified cabinetmaker or joiner looking for long-term, stable employment in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

We work with both builders and private clients, delivering tailored solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

About the Role

You’ll be working on a variety of projects ranging from full house renovations to commercial fit-outs. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to work in a professional factory environment, where quality and efficiency are top priorities.


What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified tradesman (Cabinetmaker/Joiner)

  • Self-motivated, with strong work ethic

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Well-organised and able to manage time effectively

  • Ability to read and interpret plans

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Silica Awareness

  • Own basic set of tools
