At Australian Trade Training College (ATTC), we’re looking for a Plumbing Mentor to support Students in a hands-on training environment—while we support you to become a qualified Trainer.

What you’ll do

  • Support students in practical workshop activities
  • Coach and guide Students to achieve milestones
  • Assist the Trainer with student engagement and progress
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised training environment
  • Help ensure tools and equipment are workshop-ready

What you’ll bring

  • Plumbing trade qualification (essential)
  • Passion for helping others succeed
  • Strong communication and mentoring ability
  • Willingness to complete your Cert IV TAE
  • Basic computer skills
