Maintenance Plumber – Brisbane

Irwin’s Plumbing is continuing to grow, and we’re looking to bring another skilled maintenance plumber into our Brisbane field team. If you’re someone who enjoys residential work, values good systems and wants to be paid properly for performance, this role is designed with you in mind.

Where You’ll Be Working

We cover the Brisbane region:

• North: Caboolture & surrounds

• Central: Greater Brisbane

• South: Down to Logan

We run structured schedules — not chaos. Jobs are allocated close to where you live, so you’re not wasting time driving across Brisbane. Your day will be consistently full and well planned:

• Booked jobs lined up each day

• Minimal downtime between calls

• Logical job runs that flow properly

You’ll stay productive without the mess.

The work we do

You’ll be out in the field handling:

• General plumbing maintenance and fault finding

• Blocked drains, leaks, and hot water systems

• Emergency and reactive call-outs

• Providing clear, honest recommendations to customers

• Completing jobs efficiently with strong attention to detail

Earnings & Support

• Strong hourly rate + performance incentives, giving you the opportunity to earn over $150,000 Per Annum

What We Need From You

• Cert III or Cert IV in Plumbing

• QBCC Registration (Provisional, Occupational, or Contractor)

• Residential maintenance experience

• Current driver’s licence

• White Card

• Full working rights in Australia

You must be reliable, able to work independently, and communicate clearly with customers.
