About the Role

Join our residential install team delivering high-quality air conditioning systems across Sydney.

You’ll work structured, organised days — no chaotic scheduling — supported by experienced leaders who value precision and pride in workmanship.

Duties

·       Install residential air conditioning systems to a high standard

·       Diagnose and resolve on-site installation challenges

·       Communicate clearly with customers and teammates

·       Ensure compliance and company quality standards are met

·       Mentor apprentices and support team development

Skills & Experience

·       Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)

·       Proven residential installation experience

·       ARC Tick licence (or ability to obtain)

·       Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

·       Valid Australian driver’s licence
