MECHANICAL PLUMBER - COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AIR CONDITIONING

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Plumber to join our growing team at SEAC Air Conditioning.

SEAC Air Conditioning is a well-respected company known for delivering exceptional customer service and high-level technical expertise. We specialise in the service, maintenance, design, and installation of commercial and industrial air conditioning and HVAC systems.

Our office is based in Pakenham, and we service clients across Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs, CBD, inner and outer suburbs, and regional areas.

Skills and Experience Required

• Qualified Mechanical Plumber with a Certificate III in Plumbing (Mechanical Services) or Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services

• Victorian Building Authority (VBA) registration or licence in Mechanical Services.

• National ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence (RSS03)

• Sound knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems (or a strong willingness to learn)

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Confidence using smartphones, iPads, email, and MS Office

• Strong report-writing abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Outstanding time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision

• Current Victorian driver’s licence

We are also happy to consider less experienced Mechanical Plumbers who demonstrate the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
