Senior Roof Plumbers (x3)

A well-established and highly regarded commercial roofing company is seeking experienced Senior Commercial Plumbers to lead teams across large-scale projects.

With over 20 years of success, this business has built a strong reputation through referrals, repeat clients, and long-standing industry relationships. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a capable leader to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams of 4-6 roofing professionals on commercial projects
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure project timelines are met
• Install, modify and maintain commercial roofing systems, including box gutters
• Perform and oversee work at heights in accordance with safety requirements
• Maintain strong safety, quality and productivity standards on site
• Mentor and support team members while leading by example

•  $50 - $65 per hour (depending on experience)

About You

• Trade qualified Plumber with commercial roofing experience
• Proven experience leading crews and managing worksites
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and box gutters
• Comfortable and confident working at heights
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
