First Year Apprentice Carpenter


Rados Building Solutions is a family-owned building company based in Melbourne, specialising in high-quality bathroom and kitchen renovations and insurance repairs we are always carrying out different types of building works.


Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated First Year Apprentice Carpenter to join our team.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the building industry and learn from experienced tradespeople who take pride in their work.


About the Role


You will gain hands-on experience across a variety of residential projects while developing the practical skills and knowledge required to become a qualified carpenter.


You will work alongside a supportive team and be exposed to all aspects of residential construction, including:


  • Carpentry

  • Plastering

  • Painting

  • Tiling

  • Site preparation and organisation

  • Safe use of tools and equipment


What We're Looking For


  • Genuine interest in the building and construction industry

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to work well within a team

  • White Card (or willingness to obtain)

  • Driver's licence and reliable transport required

  • Ability to identify common hand tools
