Plumber - 3rd, 4th year or Tradesperson

Flow Plumbing & Gasfitting is a local family run business based on the southern Gold Coast servicing the entire region from Tweed to Sanctuary Cove.

We are currently looking for a qualified Tradesperson or quality 3rd or 4th year Apprentice to join our growing team.

We take pride in our work and are focused on quality and exceptional customer service, so we are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and is able to produce high-quality results for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and fixing a wide range of everyday residential and commercial maintenance plumbing issues.

• Conducting water, drainage and gas work for new builds, renovations and extensions.

• Communicating with customers and builders, explaining plans clearly and leaving their space spotless.

• Play leading role in mentorship for apprentices and future staff as we expand.

What Makes You the Ideal Fit

• You have a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services.

• You must hold a valid C class car license.

• You're a problem solver with the ability to immediately start figuring out how to solve any plumbing issue.

• You are friendly, a great communicator, easy to talk to and can explain a fix to clients while reporting on works through our digital scheduling program.

• You show up on time, take pride in your work and don't cut corners.
