Customer Service Engineer

Kyocera Document Solutions is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of Colour & Mono Digital Multifunction Devices, Production machines & Printers.

 

Our NSW Branch is looking for a highly experienced Field Service Technician with an excellent work ethic and team focus.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

·       Installation, service & repair of Kyocera’s range of Digital Multifunction Devices, Production machines & Printers.

·       Resolving customer hardware, network and software related issues.

·       Working closely with the NSW Service team.

 

 

Ideally, you will possess the following attributes:

 

·       Certificate / Diploma in Electrotechnology / Mechatronics.

·       Certificate / Diploma in Computer Networks.

·       Practical experience in similar role within the business equipment industry.

·       A good understanding of mono and colour digital printing products.

·       Experience working with Kyocera products is advantageous.

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·       Excellent time management and organisational skills.

·       The ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills, needed to fulfil the requirements in the role.

·       Good working knowledge of networks, PCs, software and operating systems, within a print/scan environment.

·       Clear verbal communication skills & exceptional customer service ethic.

·       Positive, enthusiastic and results driven.

·       A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.

·       Leadership skills

·       The relevant visa to be able to undertake full time work in Australia – mandatory.

·       Valid Australian Driving Licence – mandatory.
