The Opportunity

Join a growing business where you will develop strong technical and customer service skills while supporting customers across a diverse range of products and industries.

This role focuses on internal sales, parts interpretation, customer support, and order processing. You will work closely with customers to identify the right products, provide technical advice, prepare quotations, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

While experience in hydraulics is highly regarded, we welcome applications from candidates with experience in spare parts, industrial products, automotive components, agricultural equipment, bearings, pumps, or other technical industries.

Full product and systems training will be provided.

 

What You Will Do

• Manage inbound phone and email enquiries.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Interpret parts and source hydraulic and industrial components.

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.

• Provide technical support and product advice.

• Follow up quotes and customer enquiries.

• Work with warehouse and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.

• Maintain accurate records within ERP and CRM systems.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

 

What You Bring

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Confidence using computer systems and data entry.

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, spare parts, warehousing, or account support.

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to solve problems and identify customer needs.

• Hydraulic, industrial, agricultural, automotive, or mechanical experience is highly regarded but not essential.
