Service Reception / Concierge

Fantastic opportunities are available to work within a luxury car dealership in the Sutherland Shire working within our Aftersales Department. We are currently searching for a Service Concierge / Receptionist to join our team.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be an integral part of our overall customer experience with responsibilities including but not limited to: 

• Meeting and greeting customers as the first point of contact 

• Answering of incoming telephone calls 

• Booking Service Department appointments for customers 

• Customer and vehicle database management 

• Providing administrative support to the service team 

• Offer and prepare refreshments for customers

• Organising driveway service in mornings

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast paced environment 

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills 

• Conscientious and self-motivated with a strong eye for detail 

• Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile

Previous Automotive Industry experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, however applicants with relevant experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.
