Refrigeration and Appliance Technician

Trades & Services - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Full time Permanent Role

We have over 30years' experience in repairs and maintenance in refrigeration. We are currently looking to employ an additional team member.

The Role:

• Fault diagnosis and repair

• Resolution of warranty issues

• Arranging parts for repair or installation work

• Manage service jobs via integrated phone app

• Complete service reports, including cause of breakdowns and repairs undertaken

• Compliance with company Work Health and Safety policy

• Communication with clients and coordinator to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum qualification of Restricted Electrical with refrigeration or Refrigeration licence

• Current NSW Driving Licence

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

• Experience working with both commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems is essential

• A desire to provide quality customer service and pride in your work

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bring a positive team spirit

• Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen

Hours of work: 8:00 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday
