Maintenance &Glass installation Team Member

 

Based from our depot in Marsden Park, which is where you will start each day, we are  on the lookout for a hands-on, energetic person to join our on-the-road Maintenance & Glass installation team . In this position , you will be  maintaining public transport advertising assets across Sydney’s suburbs and also doing glass and repair as well .

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping sites clean, safe, and looking their best.

What You'll Be Doing

Each day will bring a variety of tasks, including:

• Turning our assets into spotless, safe, and well-presented spaces
• Carrying out minor repairs, glass installations  and  general maintenance duties
• Installing and posting new advertising campaigns every fortnight, plus mid-cycle and special installations (including shopping centre sites)
• Making hazardous sites safe and secure
• Identifying, reporting, and proactively addressing faults or damage
• Following all safety procedures, WHS requirements, and company standards

About You

You enjoy being hands-on, working independently and with other team members , and taking pride in a job well done. You will also bring:

• A reliable, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
• The ability to work unsupervised and manage your daily route efficiently
• Practical skills and confidence using basic tools (maintenance or cleaning experience is a bonus)
• A current full Australian driver’s licence
• A strong commitment to safety, WHS, and following procedures
• Good communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and outdoor work in all weather conditions
