Join Wallara’s Land Management Services Team!
Location: Based in Keysborough with work across surrounding areas
Work Pattern: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:06pm.
Wallara’s Land Management Services team is looking for a hands-on Crew Leader to join us full-time. If you have experience in gardens and grounds maintenance and want to make a real difference, this is your chance.
In this role, you’ll work alongside and support people with disabilities, helping them build skills and confidence in horticulture while delivering high-quality land care services.
Key Highlights:
Lead a dedicated crew of supported employees in tasks such as mowing, brush cutting, weeding, and litter collection
Help supported employees achieve their goals in developing horticultural skills and experience within a commercial horticultural business
Ensure a strong customer focus to meet all contract obligations
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
Opportunity for weekend overtime
Potential access to a work vehicle for commuting purposes.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in grounds and gardens maintenance
Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate horticultural equipment and tow trailers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to person-centred support and inclusive practices
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to the principles of Occupational Health & Safety and Environment, EEO, Cultural Diversity and all relevant legislation.

Must haves

NDIS Worker Screening Check - willingness to obtain
Working with Children Check - willingness to obtain
Full Victorian Driver Licence
Certificate in First Aid Level 2 + CPR
White Card preferred
Chemcert or equivalent (desirable).
