New & Used Car Sales Consultant - Nissan & Suzuki & Renault

Caboolture Nissan & Beecham Suzuki & Beecham Renault are seeking a high performing experienced salesperson who wants to be rewarded for their hard work, industry experience, and excellent customer service.

The role comes with a good potential remuneration package, with a generous retainer, uncapped commission bonuses, an eleven day fortnight, every Public Holiday off, Weekday Hours are 8AM to 5PM, Saturday Hours are 8AM to 2PM, uniforms included, and a fully maintained company vehicle. No ceiling limit on income. Plus, you can sell Nissan, Suzuki, Renault and Quality Used Vehicles – potential of 100K OTE plus!

We are a second-generation family owned and operated Nissan and Used car dealership, located in Caboolture just a short drive north of Brisbane. Our dealership has been in operation for 39 years, values a strong sense of family, and employs around 30 great local people in the Sales, Service, Parts and Finance divisions.  This role is a great opportunity to sell quality Nissan & Suzuki & Renault vehicles and we are looking to grow our sales and share in the coming year. 

Experience in the automotive industry is essential for the role. Nissan & Suzuki & Renault specific experience preferred.

Essential Skills for the Role:

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

• Positive attitude, motivation, and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and driven to succeed

• Computer literacy preferred (DMS, Outlook, Word, etc.).

• Current Australian Open Manual Driver's Licence.

• Current Sales Licence or Dealer Licence is essential.

• Professional appearance & punctual.

• Willingness to learn and work with Sales Manager and staff as needed.

• Passion for the Automotive Industry.
