Cleaning Subcontractors

Our National Company is a leading provider in the area of cleaning services to high profile companies in Australia.

 We are looking for subcontractors able to provide high quality, consistent and reliable cleaning in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.

Contractors must have $20 million public liability insurance, work cover and LHL for mandatory states.

You must be able to prove and display high quality standards of cleaning and have enough employees to be able to cover multiple sites.

Occupational Health and Safety is extremely important and you must be able to display understanding of site specifications and our high standards of expectation.

You and your employees must have:

• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills

• Ability to Work Without Supervision

• Attention to Detail

• Very Good Time Management Skills

• Flexible for Emergency Calls and Short Notice

• Mobile Phone, drivers’ licence and reliable car
