Our service area includes all the Melbourne Metro area and some regional centers. With our workshop based in Cheltenham (3192)

About the Role

A great opportunity exists for a Service and Repair Technician to join the team at Total Gym Care to service, repair, deliver and install all makes and models of fitness equipment on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:

• Complete preventative, routine, or breakdown maintenance

• Diagnose equipment faults

• Deliver and install fitness equipment.

• Undertake and complete equipment repairs in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner

• Appropriately and accurately complete all paperwork as required (electronically)

• Maintain to TGC's high standards, vehicles and equipment that have been assigned

• Protect, support, and enhance TGC's reputation and standing within the fitness industry

About You

As the successful candidate, you will be a technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.

You will have:

• A good degree of strength fitness as the role involves working down low regularly and heavy lifting

• Current driver's license (car essential, MR or above useful but not required)

• Good communication and time management skills

• Your own tools

• A good level of computer literacy

Experience in the fitness industry is not essential. Training will be provided.

You must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
