If you know your way around a parts catalogue and thrive in a fast-moving phone room environment — this is the role you've been waiting for.

Grand Motors Toyota's Phone Room is the engine room of our parts operation — the direct link between us and the panel shops, smash repairers, mechanical workshops, trade accounts and online customers we service across South East Queensland, Northern NSW and beyond. We're a high-volume, high-expectation team, and we're looking for a genuine parts professional who's ready to hit the ground running and stay for the long haul.

You'll manage real accounts, handle real pressure, and be part of a team that takes enormous pride in doing things right. No hand-holding. No micromanagement. Just a great role at one of the Gold Coast's most respected Toyota dealerships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and grow lasting relationships with panel & smash repairers, mechanical workshops, trade accounts and online customers across Southeast QLD, Northern NSW and beyond
Quote, order and assign parts accurately and at speed — across Toyota and all other makes and models
Own your follow-up — every quote, order and back order is chased and closed without needing a reminder
Track parts and problem orders in real time, flagging issues early and driving resolutions fast
Handle high call volumes with professionalism, composure and a solutions-first mindset
Be the teammate the rest of the phone room can count on

WHAT YOU BRING

Proven parts experience — phone-based, trade, or dealership background preferred
Relentless follow-up discipline — you chase, you close, you never let things sit
Calm under pressure, sharp under volume
Confidence working across multiple manufacturers, not just Toyota
