You’ll need to be confident working independently and under pressure, while also being a strong team player who’s detail-oriented and meets deadlines consistently.
If you've supervised or trained staff before and have solid organisational and admin skills, that’s a big plus. A current NT Driver Licence and White Card are essential.
Bonus points if you're comfortable using and maintaining small equipment like mowers, bobcats, whipper snippers, or chainsaws—and know how to do it safely.
