About the Role

As our Senior Plumber / Leading Hand, you'll work closely with the business owner to support the team, maintain high standards across every job and help ensure our daily operations run smoothly.

You'll mentor apprentices, assist with technical problem solving, support the team in the field and play an important role in the continued growth of the company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and team members

• Providing leadership and guidance to the plumbing team

• Assisting with technical problem solving

• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship

• Ensuring excellent customer communication and service

• Helping coordinate and support daily field operations

• Leading by example and contributing to a positive team culture

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

• Ability to work independently and make confident decisions

• Pride in workmanship and customer service

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Someone who genuinely cares about supporting others and delivering high-quality outcomes

• Minimum 5 years plumbing experience required

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Plumber

• Certificate IV in Plumbing

• Current NSW Plumbing Licence

• Current Driver Licence

• Current White Card

• Strong understanding of residential and commercial maintenance plumbing

• Additional licences, tickets and industry accreditations highly regarded
