The Role

As an Experienced Carpenter / Formworker / Concreter, you will play a key role in delivering a variety of construction projects across Western Australia.

Working within a versatile and highly skilled team, you will be involved in:

Responsibilities

  • Structural formwork and concrete construction

  • Reinforcement installation and concrete placement

  • Civil and structural project works; including

    • Mass foundation construction

    • Structural steel erection

    • Underground infrastructure

    • Machine operating

    • General all-rounder construction activities

  • Reading and interpreting plans and drawings

  • Working safely and efficiently within project schedules

  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality

  • Supporting and mentoring the next wave of team members where required

  • Travelling to regional, remote and mining projects as required

About You

You are an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a team.

You will ideally possess:

  • Trade qualification in Carpentry or extensive Formwork / Concrete experience

  • Minimum 5 years industry experience

  • Strong understanding of civil and structural construction practices

  • Current HR Driver's Licence

  • Rigging Basic

  • Construction White Card

  • Ability to work away from home when required

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges

Highly Regarded

  • Working at Heights

  • EWP Ticket

  • Rigging Intermediate or greater

  • C2 or greater

  • Mine site experience

  • Structural steel experience
