We are looking for a Full Time Pool & Spa technician to join our dynamic fast-growing Poolwerx Mill Park Service Team. For the right applicant, opportunities exist to undertake Certificate III and IV in Swimming Pool & Spa Service as part of your employment with Poolwerx.

Key functions of our Technician role includes:

  • Cleaning of residential swimming pools and spas

  • Expertly diagnosing and fixing equipment issues

  • Testing and treating water to ensure optimal water chemistry

  • Professional installation, maintenance, and repair of high-performance pool equipment, including pumps, filtration systems, chlorinators and automated pool cleaners.

  • Perform basic marketing activities while in field

  • Organise and manage stock as required in van

To be successful in your application you will:

  • Take pride in your work and have high attention to detail

  • Be punctual, reliable and able to work unsupervised

  • Be physically fit as manual labour and lifting are performed daily

  • Have great problem solving and time management skills

  • Be well presented, friendly and have good communication skills

  • Enjoy the outdoors and engaging with customers

  • Have a current driver's license

  • Be able to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities in the field
