We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Senior Wheel Aligner to join a busy and well-established tyre workshop in Shepparton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team environment with ongoing training, modern equipment, and strong job stability.

The scope:
Mon - Fri 38 hours per week
$75K - $85K base salary (subject to experience)
Bonus structure - High performers can earn up to $100k for the year
6-month probation
The Role:
In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality wheel alignment services to ensure optimal vehicle safety and performance.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform wheel alignments using specialised equipment & computerised systems
Fit, remove, repair, and balance tyres
Diagnose alignment and tyre wear issues
Train, mentor & oversee junior staff members
Maintain accurate job records and follow workshop procedures
Deliver excellent customer service and provide basic tyre advice
Who we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous leadership experience as a wheel aligner, tyre fitter, or a similar automotive background will be looked at as favourable
Ability & experience to operate modern alignment equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good communication and teamwork skills
A current driver’s licence
