Beauty therapist - Endermologie

About the role

We are seeking a Beauty / Body contouring Therapist (Endermologie experience highly regarded) to join the team at Melbourne Endermologie in Armadale with some shifts in Preston too.

This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a specialised beauty therapy environment. You will deliver professional endermologie treatments and other body contouring services to our valued clients, contributing to their wellbeing and confidence. This role is perfect for a passionate beauty professional looking to develop expertise in non-invasive aesthetic treatments whilst maintaining a flexible work schedule.

What you'll be doing

1. Delivering professional endermologie treatments to clients in accordance with proprietary standards.

2. Conducting client consultations to understand treatment goals and skin/body concerns

3. Providing complementary therapies as required.

4. Ensuring the treatment room and all equipment are clean, sanitised and well-maintained

5. Promoting endermologie treatments and beauty services to clients and identifying opportunities for additional services

6. Providing professional advice to clients on aftercare and treatment recommendations

7. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

8. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations relevant to beauty therapy practice

9. Contributing to a positive and professional clinic atmosphere

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience working as a beauty therapist, ideally with exposure to advanced treatments or technologies

1. Knowledge of endermologie treatments or willingness to undergo comprehensive training

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

3. Professional attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

4. Attention to detail and ability to follow treatment protocols precisely

5. Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. A genuine passion for beauty, wellness and helping clients achieve their goals

7. Current qualification or certification in Beauty Therapy at any accredited level or equivalent recognised credential

8. Valid work authorisation to work in Australia
