About the Role
Silver Star Motors Mercedes-Benz is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Driveway Concierge to join our team. This is the perfect introduction to the automotive industry for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

You'll play a key role in the smooth movement and arrival of all customers to the dealership while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

In this role, you will:

• Process vehicle check-ins and damage reports on arrival

• Be the first meet and greet to all guests arriving to the dealership

• Assist with safe and timely vehicle movements around the dealership

• Support guest vehicle drop-offs, pick-ups and concierge-style handovers

• Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure efficient workflow

• Present vehicles to a high standard and ensure the site remains organised

• Provide friendly, helpful service to all guests and team members

Skills & Experience:

• A current driver's license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and also independently

• High attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service

• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
