Truck Driver (HR - Synchromesh/Manual)

360 Personnel is currently seeking experienced HR Truck Drivers with Synchromesh (Manual) experience to join our growing team. This role involves delivering goods within the food and supermarket industry across the Sydney metro area.

We are offering ongoing opportunities with flexible shifts, including early morning, day, afternoon, and night work.

Shift Availability

Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work across:

• Early morning shifts

• Day shifts

• Afternoon shifts

• Night shifts

• Monday to Sunday roster (including weekends when required)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating HR trucks with manual (synchromesh) transmission

• Completing multi-drop deliveries across Sydney metro

• Handling and delivering goods safely and efficiently

• Manual loading and unloading of products

• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

• Conducting pre-start vehicle checks and maintaining compliance

• Following all road safety and company procedures

Requirements

• Valid HR Truck Licence (Manual/Synchromesh experience essential)

• Previous experience in multi-drop deliveries (preferred)

• Full working rights in Australia

• Ability to perform manual handling and lifting tasks

• Availability for flexible shifts across a 7-day roster

• Strong knowledge of Sydney metro roads (advantageous)

Compliance & Safety

• Must pass a medical assessment

• Must pass Drug & Alcohol screening

• Must adhere to all Work Health & Safety regulations

• Must wear and maintain appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times
