About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant with proven retail experience. You'll be responsible for leading daily operations, working with a small sales team, scheduling deliveries, and driving exceptional customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and team leadership, with a strong sales focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales and provide tailored solutions for customers' fitness needs

• Book and schedule customer deliveries and installations

• Manage banking, reconciliations, and daily cash handling

• Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness

• Handle customer queries across in-store, phone, email, and online platforms

• Support in-store marketing and lead generation activities

• Ensure stock management, administrative tasks, and local reporting are completed accurately

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in a retail role (fitness, automotive, or lifestyle retail experience highly regarded)

• Confident working in a sales-driven environment and achieving KPIs

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Tech-savvy – familiarity with CIN7, Excel, Gmail and platforms like Facebook & Instagram is a plus

• Availability to work Saturdays

• Full working rights in Australia and recent referees

• Must have reliable transport
