Service Advisor – GT Collective (Noosa)

GT Collective is an exclusive, high-performance European vehicle specialist workshop based in Noosa. We are a small, driven team passionate about delivering premium service and expertise to our clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our team full-time.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth operation of our workshop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer enquiries and bookings (phone, email, in person)

• Advising clients on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs

• Providing clear recommendations for vehicle upkeep, particularly for European vehicles

• Liaising with the workshop controller and technicians

• Ordering parts and coordinating with suppliers

• Preparing quotes, invoices, and job documentation

• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, organised, and passionate about the automotive industry.

Essential requirements:

• Full, open driver’s licence

• Experience in administration, reception, or a Service Advisor role

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn workshop management systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Highly regarded:

• Previous experience working with European vehicles

• Mechanical knowledge or background in the automotive industry

• Experience ordering parts and working within a workshop environment
